Realglow Photoluminescent ceramic are made of Realglow photoluminescent pigment and good quality ceramic tile. After absorbing visible light for 10-30 minutes, Realglow photoluminescent ceramic will glow more than 8-12 hours in the darkness.

Realglow Photoluminescent ceramic tile are non-toxic,non-radioactive,and halmless. All tiles for use in connection to floors, walls and ceilings where the use of paint, low location strips or other is not feasible. The tiles can also be used in already existing tile arrangements where the tiles will show the way out if power black-outs occur or smoke starts to fill the room/area.

Application Area:

1. Tiles are already in use or are planned so that the esthetic value is maintained
2. The surface is subject to wear and tear that ordinary signage are not suitable
3. The surface need flashing or is even under water

Specification Size

The biggest specification size is 500X500mm per piece, thickness is 10mm, under above range, we can offer any specification size including round shape with customers requirement. The new P/L Ceramic Tiles can be produced to any shape or size up to a specified maximum, and information/instruction displays can incorporate any pictograms or pictographs required for individual applications, such as 'running man' way out/safety exit, exit direction and distance, primary and secondary escape routes, nearest emergency telephone location, staircase hazard warning and similar. In addition to internationally-recognized and approved graphical symbols (e.g. ISO, DIN, ANSI, IMO etc), customers can choose to have their own 'customized'-design signs to meet their particular requirements.

Packing, Storing & Handling

Realglow Photoluminescent ceeramic are packed and supplied in easy to handle containers or packs. Realglow Photoluminescent ceramic are to handle and cut either by hand or with automatic cutting tools.
